Position Summary The Account Supervisor serves as the day-to-day strategic lead on client accounts, managing campaign execution while building strong client relationships. This role bridges client objectives and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Client Management Act as primary client contact for assigned accounts. Lead status meetings, presentations, and project communications. Build trusted relationships through proactive account management. Campaign Leadership Oversee development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project scopes. Ensure campaign recommendations are grounded in audience insights and business objectives. Team Collaboration Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, media, experiential, and influencer marketing. Provide clear direction and ensure accountability across stakeholders. Financial Oversight Track budgets, billing, estimates, and profitability. Support forecasting and resource planning efforts. Mentorship Guide and mentor Account Executives and Coordinators. Support team development and process improvements.
