The role of the Accounting Analyst is to provide financial data and accounting processing services for various groups in the MCBC business units such as Sales, Commercial, Tax, Supply Chain related to the finance closes; this includes posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, reports & maintaining appropriate documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs month end closing activities such as posting journal entries and accounts reconciliations Analyses information and variances; identifies, investigates and explains variances from prior periods and exceptions Explains accounting differences and registers corrective accounting notes in SAP Analyses processes to identify opportunities for improvement or root causes of exceptions Maintains an automated consolidation system by inputting data and scheduling required jobs in the system SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: Required: 1-3 years work experience within Finance SAP experience or another ERP system Very good MS Office knowledge including Excel Advanced English level, both written and spoken Preferred: Certificates in finance are an advantage Prior experience in Shared Service Centers highly preferred #LI-Hybrid Job Posting Grade: 9 Molson Coors Global Business Services is an equal opportunity employer. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make. Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei103,300.00 - lei135,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
