Adidas - Sales Associate (20 Hours) adidas Manchester - Internal Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate (20 hours per week) 4 hour shifts over 5 days to join our Manchester team. This role requires strong weekday availability, Monday to Friday , with flexibility to support the business during key trading periods. Purpose & Impact on the Organisation Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales and profit targets by: Inspiring consumer loyalty to the adidas brand. Delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences. Supporting the effective execution of daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and KPI performance through outstanding customer service. Deliver the adidas Brand Customer Service standards consistently. Act as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating adidas values and behaviours. Use product and seasonal campaign knowledge to engage customers and maximise sales opportunities. Clearly communicate product features, benefits and unique selling points. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation. Process stock deliveries efficiently and replenish the sales floor regularly. Complete till transactions accurately and efficiently. Support loss prevention by maintaining stock accuracy and following company procedures. Work safely and effectively in all areas of the business. Collaborate positively with colleagues and managers. Complete all assigned training and apply learning within the role. Continuously seek feedback and opportunities to develop performance. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Team player with a positive and flexible attitude. Results-driven with an eagerness to achieve personal and store targets. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience within a customer-facing retail environment is desirable. Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts with good availability Monday to Friday . Eligible to work in the UK.
