This position is with an Ameriprise Financial Franchise owner. Job Description Step into an instrumental role while helping to conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly- financial planning office. This position supports the many different tasks which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice. This role provides administrative support by preparing presentations, is back-up scheduling for when our scheduler is out of the office, preparing client communications and new business correspondence. Responsibilities : Prepare correspondence for advisor signature Handle all scheduling (3 advisor team) Answer phones and document client calls Track all client and practice materials Prepare meeting Agendas Send agendas/handwritten notes to OFM Upload Advisor Notes + Assign Tasks accordingly Perform other allowable duties as assigned Greet clients upon arrival Text Monitoring Hersay for owner and clients Responsible for mail, incoming and outgoing Key Traits of a successful Administrative Assistant: Organizational and Computer skills Attention to detail Effective communication with clients and staff Efficient time management Polite and positive attitude with a sincere willingness to constantly learn to grow Ability to multitask Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role Preferred Skills: Experience with social media management and content creation Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices Benefits: 3% simple IRA match Up to $1000 a month health insurance reimbursement Salary: 45-50k per year depending on qualifications Additional Notes: This position reports to the Operations Director and is a key contributor to the overall success of the marketing team.
