Admissions Specialist

Job Description Admissions Assessment and Application Processing Review and process admissions applications, including supporting documents Assess applicants' eligibility based on established admissions criteria Evaluate international and overseas academic qualifications Communicate admissions requirements, outcomes, and next steps to prospective students Maintain accurate and complete admissions records Student Contracts and Regulatory Compliance Provide Pre-Course Counselling to students where required Prepare, issue, and facilitate student contracts Ensure contract administration complies with EduTrust and other applicable regulatory requirements Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance reporting Student's Pass Administration Support Student's Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations Review and submit documentation through ICA's SOLAR system Monitor application progress and update students Maintain Student's Pass records in accordance with applicable requirements Student Support Respond to applicants and student enquiries Support scholarship and financial aid application processes Assist with student onboarding, including orientation programmes Contract Automation and Process Improvement Manage the University's contract automation process Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth operations Resolve operational issues and maintain process documentation Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Qualifications Diploma qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience in admissions, student services, enrollment management, or a related higher education setting Experience in a Singapore Private Education Institution (PEI) will be highly advantageous Familiarity with international education systems, qualification assessment, Student's Pass administration, and ICA requirements are preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, record management, and communication skills Proactive team player with strong initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently Passionate about continuous improvement and has an interest in using technology and automation to improve processes
