BT-350 – Agile CoachSkill Level- ExpertHerndon, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)**Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.**Required Skills: Demonstrated experience managing and delivering Agile consulting engagementsDemonstrated experience providing instruction and mentoring as relates to Agile development methods and technical skills developmentDemonstrated experience managing projects, tracking schedules and milestonesDemonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutionsDemonstrated experience with JiraDemonstrated experience with ConfluenceWork Requirements:Manage and deliver Agile consulting engagements to client partnersPromote and use Agile methodologies such as Sprint Planning, Scrum, coaching, trainingProvide instructional and mentoring support to partners project teams as relates to Agile development methods and technical skills developmentExecute customized coaching to partners and the ICProvide briefings on using and implementing Agile methodologies to a variety of audiencesCreate, update and maintain Agile support documentation in the client's document repository and report portals; and provide status to the client upon requestEnsure follow-up with partners on potential requirements for new or additional services or supportSupport the day-to-day activities of the clientSupport release and configuration managementWork closely with the client and stakeholders to ensure the Product Backlog, stored in client-provided tool, is continually and regularly maintained in alignment with the Agile cadence to ensure the necessary Release and Sprint Backlog items (epics and user stories) are defined with acceptance criteria and prioritized by the partners prior to the start of each release and sprint. The Contractor shall prioritize development in accordance with the Program Backlog
