AI Engineer (CRM/ERP Specialist)

Key Responsibilities Develop and integrate AI-driven features directly into CRM and ERP frameworks. Write clean, scalable code to automate complex business processes and data workflows. Collaborate with the technical team to bridge the gap between traditional enterprise software and modern AI capabilities. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure seamless on-site operations. Mandatory Requirements Core Expertise: Proven experience in CRM/ERP development is a must. You should be deeply familiar with enterprise resource planning structures and database management. Field Experience: You must have professional experience in the AI Engineering field. Coding Proficiency: Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to build robust, production-ready software. On-site Availability: This is a full-time role based at our Manesar/Gurgaon office. Preferred Qualifications Claude AI Suite: Familiarity or hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) models and tools is a significant plus.
