What You’ll Do Relevance Engineering & AEO: Own the strategy for how Rocket Resume is indexed and cited by LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini). You will optimize for "Search Generative Experiences" and AI-driven answer engines. Programmatic SEO (pSEO) Architecture: In the spirit of Daydream, you will design systems to deploy and maintain thousands of high-quality landing pages (e.g., "AI Resume Builder for [Role] in [Industry]") that satisfy both user intent and technical crawlers. Technical Information Retrieval: Partner with Engineering to implement advanced schema, Vector-friendly content structures, and JSON-LD frameworks that allow AI agents to easily "ingest" our career expertise. Entity & Authority Building: Drawing from the Omniscient philosophy, you will ensure our technical footprint reinforces our brand as the #1 authority in career services, moving beyond "thin content" to high-E-E-A-T technical signals. Performance Analytics & Data Science: Use SQL and BI tools to connect SEO/AEO visibility directly to our Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics, such as resume creation, sign-ups, and subscription revenue. Iterative Experimentation: Run aggressive A/B tests on technical signals (Core Web Vitals, internal linking clusters, and schema types) to quantify the ROI of technical initiatives. What You Bring You are an AI-native SEO leader who thinks like a Relevance Engineer. You don't just 'do SEO'; you build Programmatic Systems that scale. The Technical Toolkit 5+ years in Technical SEO, with a focus on SaaS or high-scale marketplaces. The "AI-Native" Edge: Proven experience optimizing for AI Overviews (SGE) and LLM citations. You understand how "Retrieval-Augmented Generation" (RAG) affects search visibility. Scalability Mindset: Experience with Programmatic SEO (pSEO) and managing site architectures with 100k+ URLs.
