Amazon Delivery Driver Helper – Seasonal | $19.00/Hour

JOB LOCATION IS CHANDLER, ARIZONA GTGS Logistics LLC is hiring Seasonal Delivery Helpers to work alongside our Step Van drivers, assisting with loading, organizing, and delivering Amazon packages throughout the East Valley during the busy Peak season. This is a fast-paced, physically active, non-driving position where teamwork, efficiency, and safety are essential. No driver's license or previous delivery experience is required! We need reliable, hardworking, energetic team players who can maintain a strong work pace, adapt quickly to changing situations, and prioritize safety and customer satisfaction! Ideal candidates enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and collaborating with others. Delivery Helpers play an important role in completing high-volume delivery routes safely and efficiently. BENEFITS & SCHEDULING: $19.00/HOUR! PAID WEEKLY! Full-time, seasonal position 10-hour shifts are typical Schedules are typically 4 days per week and are based on operational needs Additional days/hours may be available based on business needs throughout Peak season Weekend availability is required; schedules may include Saturday and/or Sunday Schedules are published weekly A minimum of two paid 15-minute rest breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break during shifts of 8 hours or longer Paid training Paid time off (PTO) begins accruing immediately at the start of employment Company recognition programs Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees This is a seasonal/temporary position. Employment duration is dependent on Amazon's delivery volume and operational needs. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the assigned delivery driver with completing daily Amazon delivery routes Load, organize, and unload packages from the delivery vehicle Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers Work as part of a two-person team on high-volume routes that may include approximately 300 deliveries and 500+ packages Maintain a steady pace throughout the day while meeting delivery productivity and safety expectations Frequently lift, carry, push, and maneuver packages throughout the shift Repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle at various delivery locations Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Arizona's changing seasonal temperatures Use company-provided handheld technology to scan packages, confirm deliveries, and follow delivery instructions Communicate effectively with the assigned driver and dispatch team Provide excellent customer service and follow all company and Amazon safety procedures Assist with keeping the delivery vehicle and work area clean and organized This is a non-driving position. Delivery Helpers are not permitted to operate company delivery vehicles. Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid government-issued photo ID Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, carrying, walking, standing, bending, and climbing in and out of a delivery vehicle Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work pace Must be able to work cooperatively with an assigned driver and other team members Must have good communication skills and the ability to follow delivery instructions No previous delivery experience required EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Company delivery vehicle operated by an assigned driver Handheld delivery technology Amazon delivery uniforms Other safety and administrative equipment necessary for job performance ADDITIONAL COMPANY BENEFITS: 401(k) with company matching Dental insurance Flexible scheduling based on operational needs Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Paid time off (PTO) Referral program Vision insurance Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms.
