Job Summary Assist to provide engineering, SABER regulations, and technical support to all regions when preparing a quote or tender. Key Accountabilities Support in providing technical and pricing assistance on daily inquires received from regions. Assist product manager in working closely with our manufactures on Technical and Engineering aspects and ensure that all technical obligations towards our customers are fulfilled. Arrange shipping of units in pipeline with imports department as well as local freight forwarder. Ensure that all products comply with SABER Industry regulations (COC and PCOC,) Participate in customer and Suppliers meetings, seminars, local exhibitions etc… Assist product manager in defining product specifications and features Build Dealer specification sheets to be shared with the customer Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Electrical Engineering. Knowledge: Project Management, Business knowledge preferred in similar industry. Technical Skills: Knowledge in Technical Matters. Computer Literate and Ms Office Proficiency. Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience: Min 0-2 years’ experience in similar industry. Fresh graduates considered as exception with the right attributes developed under “MTP” – Management Trainee Program. Key Interactions Key Internal Contacts: Prime product Manager.
