ARCHITECT - INTERMEDIATE

Job Summary:The Intermediate Architect will work closely with project team members, including Senior Architects, and will be responsible for leading the design and management of multiple projects simultaneously.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of architectural designs and plansCreate detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) softwareConduct research on building materials, codes, and regulationsCollaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project successAttend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersParticipate in site visits and inspectionsReview and evaluate building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specificationsManage project documentation and schedulesMentor junior team members and oversee their workContribute to the development of presentations and proposalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred5-7 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD softwareStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamExpert knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standardsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and mentoring skillsInternal Job Code: AR-AR-03Salary Range: $89,000 - $109,000 / Annually
