ARCHITECT - SENIOR

Job Summary:The Senior Architect will work closely with project team members and clients, and will be responsible for leading the design and management of large-scale, complex projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as extensive professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of architectural designs and plans for large-scale, complex projectsCreate detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) softwareConduct research on building materials, codes, and regulationsCollaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project successAttend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersParticipate in site visits and inspectionsReview and evaluate building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specificationsManage project documentation and schedulesMentor and manage junior and intermediate team membersDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholdersContribute to the development of presentations and proposalsRepresent the firm in professional organizations and industry eventsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of relevant work experience, including experience leading large-scale, complex projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD softwareStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead othersExpert knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standardsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership, mentoring, and management skillsProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholdersInternal Job Code: AR-AR-04Salary Range: $131,000 - $150,000 / Annually
