Area Sales Distributor Manager - North Luzon

About the Role As Field Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth and flawless execution in your North Luzon territory. You'll work closely with distributor partners and their sales teams to hit volume targets, widen distribution, and get Nestlé brands placed, priced, and visible in every outlet. The role combines commercial thinking with strong on-the-ground execution. Key Responsibilities Sales & Target Delivery Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, value, and distribution targets for the assigned territory Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and act quickly on gaps Distributor Management Manage and develop distributor partners on coverage, stock levels, fill rate, and financial health (receivables, inventory days) Lead business reviews with distributors and align on joint business plans Salesforce Leadership Coach, guide, and supervise distributor salesmen through field visits and route rides Make sure call plans, route coverage, and store productivity standards are met Market Execution Drive in-store execution standards (availability, visibility, pricing, and planogram compliance) Implement trade programs and promotions, and track how well they work Customer & Market Development Grow numeric and weighted distribution by opening new outlets and expanding channel reach Build strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and sub-distributors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field At least 4 or more years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably with distributor management Proven track record of hitting sales targets Strong analytical and commercial skills, comfortable with sales data and basic P&L/distributor financials Good leadership and coaching skills, able to influence without direct authority Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Willing to be field-based and travel extensively across North Luzon We also welcome applicants from nearby regions (Central Luzon, NCR, and GMA) who are mobile and willing to relocate to North Luzon.
