Why this role matters As Asset Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial, contractual, financial, governance, and operational performance of Scatec’s renewable energy projects in Pakistan. You will protect and enhance asset value throughout the project lifecycle by ensuring strong stakeholder management, financing compliance, disciplined reporting, and continuous improvement in plant performance and profitability. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will: • Lead the commercial, contractual, financial, and operational management of renewable energy projects throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage project SPVs and ensure compliance with shareholder, financing, regulatory, statutory, ESG, HSSE, and corporate governance requirements. • Act as the primary contact for Boards, lenders, regulators, contractors, service providers, government authorities, communities, and other key stakeholders. • Monitor project performance through P&L, cash flow forecasts, budgets, financial models, variance analysis, covenant compliance, and periodic group reporting. • Administer financing arrangements, including loan disbursements, equity contributions, debt servicing, and compliance with financing agreements. • Oversee EPC, O&M, PPA, financing, management service, and other project contracts, records, filings, and reporting systems. • Drive initiatives that improve plant performance, operational efficiency, profitability, and cost optimisation in collaboration with internal functions. • Support project development and new investment evaluations, prepare Board and management updates, and lead and develop the Asset Management team. What you’ll bring Experience and qualifications • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA. • 3–6 years of relevant experience in asset management, project finance, infrastructure, power, or renewable energy. • Strong knowledge of project finance, financial modelling, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting. • Experience in contract administration, financing compliance, corporate governance, and stakeholder management. • Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and Business Intelligence tools. • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
