At Flora Food Group, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Account Manager to join our Superunie team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who wants to learn how major retail partnerships are managed in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. You'll work alongside experienced Key Account Managers, gain exposure to commercial negotiations, and play a vital role in ensuring our promotional and commercial processes run flawlessly. As Assistant Account Manager, you'll be a key member of the Superunie team and the commercial backbone behind our customer plans and promotional activities. Your responsibilities will include: Commercial Support Supporting the Account Managers in managing the Superunie business. Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for customer meetings. Monitoring customer investments and promotional performance. Promotions & Customer Investments Coordinating promotional planning and execution. Managing promotional administration and follow-up. Evaluating promotional effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement. Pricing & Systems Maintaining pricing administration and customer agreements. Ensuring accurate SAP master data management. Supporting Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes and reconciliations. Claims & Settlements Managing claims administration and customer deductions. Processing promotional and media settlements. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reconciliation of agreed investments. Data & Insights Preparing Nielsen market and consumer reports. Analyzing promotional performance and return on investment. Turning data into actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and customer negotiations. What Does It Take to Be Successful? You are commercially driven, analytical, and highly organized. You enjoy working with data, but you also understand that behind every number is an opportunity to grow the business. We're looking for someone who: Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field. Has 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Is highly accurate and detail-oriented. Has strong analytical and Excel skills. Enjoys working with data and translating insights into actions. Takes ownership and proactively identifies improvements. Communicates confidently with different stakeholders. Has experience with SAP, TPM systems, and Microsoft Office (or is eager to learn).
