Job description

Position: Assistant Account Manager Location: Puttaparthi Job Responsibilities Take end-to-end responsibility for internal client deliverables under the supervision of the Account Manager. Review financial statements, reconciliations, and management accounts prepared by the team. Ensure compliance with internal review procedures and submission protocols. Coordinate with internal departments such as VAT, Payroll, and Compliance for timely client deliverables. Monitor task allocation and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Track client filing deadlines and ensure submissions are made only after approval from the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. Manage client onboarding after the initial call conducted by the Account Manager. Support team training and update internal process documentation when required. Draft and review client communications prepared by team members and obtain approval before sending. Key Skills Financial reporting and reconciliation review Knowledge of UK VAT, Payroll, and statutory compliance Deadline management and task coordination Team supervision and workflow management Client communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making Process documentation and improvement Strong MS Excel proficiency
