Job description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop plan brand plans and implementation of plans with relevant teams, annually
Plan and execute 360 launch plans (mid-term & long term) of new products
Able to brief agencies (media, digital, creative, event), collaborate with them to ensure timeline execution and delivery of exciting, bold, and engaging ideas and stories that’s rooted on consumer insights and executed efficiently in the relevant touch points/channels.
Manage team working on brand initiatives. Proposed new idea relating to marketing materials.
Manage and control media spending and consolidate ATL & BTL report.
Understand well consumer insight and competitive analysis, collecting market intelligence information for strategy formulation and/or corrective actions
Work closely with sales team to develop and implementation of merchandising or product display guidelines to ensure brand visibility at retails/ in-store level.
Development of digital plan, especially monitoring & management of Facebook/ IG/ You Tube/ Tiktok…etc.
Manage OOH & Key Visual Artwork.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
Other tasks as required by the company.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor at least in Marketing / Business Management or any related field.
Experiences in Brand Management min. 3 years as Brand Manager is preferred
Proven work experience at least 3-5 years in Media and Marketing in FMCG
Strong analytical and analysis skill
Strong verbal and communication skills in English
Experience of campaign planning and writing business plans
Previous experience in rolling out new product innovation or product extension will be an added value
Project management skill
Skilled with computer programs: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express, Internet & Email or any related program of Media Tools.
Open, flexible attitude, ability to solving conflict, and a team worker with good communication skills.
Flexible and committed to social change with a learning attitude.
