Overseeing the maintenance and repair planning to ensure the hotel building is safe and efficiently maintained. Ensuring safety, security, and compliance are maintained at the highest levels. Providing water, heat, lighting, and power for the entire hotel. Ensuring all safety rules and regulations are complied with and reporting progress to the Director of Engineering. Develops and implements administrative standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, safety, and prompt service to internal and external guests Assists in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems. Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment. Supervises the day-to-day operations of Engineering and related departments.
