Full Consideration Date: 10/22/2026 Job Description: Join the UNI Center for Social and Behavioral Research, where you will collaborate with UNI faculty, staff, and students to collect survey data used to guide decision-making in public health and other policy areas at both the state and federal levels. Summary: Assists with the supervision of telephone interviewers, student research assistants, and operational activities in the Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Lab; organizes tasks related to data collection to ensure that project deadlines are met; serves as data collection interviewer; and manages supervisor software program to maintain data collection. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field required. An associate degree plus two years of related experience may be substituted. Preferred Qualifications: Call-center experience; applied research experience; and supervisory experience. Student experience will be considered.
