Assistant Finance Manager - UAE National

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within core reporting systems. Process routine financial transactions in line with established procedures and reporting deadlines. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial governance and documentation standards. Support financial reporting and business performance analysis through accurate data collation. Identify and escalate discrepancies, processing delays and system issues. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in finance operations or accounting support, preferably within banking or financial services. Knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle Financials or SAP is preferred. Pursuing or holding a foundational accounting qualification (CAT, AAT or equivalent) is preferred. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualifications are an advantage. Strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Understanding of internal controls, financial procedures and data confidentiality.
