Role We are seeking a passionate, energetic and service-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join Janu Tokyo. At Janu, we believe in the power of genuine human connection. Responsibilities Manage daily front desk's operations and team performance Lead, coach and develop the front desk team Oversee scheduling, attendance management and performance evaluations Drive guest experience improvements and create operational procedures Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and regulations *Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Requirements Minimum 10 years of practical experience in front desk operations Minimum 6 years of practical experience in a luxury hotel environment Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a leader such as manager Basic knowledge of labour management and practical experience in shift scheduling Practical experience in performance management, talent development, coaching and mentoring Practical experience in creating, improving and continuously monitoring SOPs Excellent leadership and communication skills Advanced business-level English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher) Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher) Advanced PC skills including MS Office and typing *Candidates with exceptional experience or skills may be considered even if they do not meet every point.
