Assistant Manager - Body PU Production

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Adherence to Daily / Monthly production schedule by following Safety & Quality Management System. • Daily Work Management- Monitor the set targets on a day to day basis effectively by managing priorities. • Man Management - Able to resolve day to day Shop floor Associate issues & Conflicts • Ensure timely actions for internal/external Quality customer concerns and sustenance of the same. • Adherence to training plan to improve/upgrade skill level of Associates • Conduct various process audits and closure of NC’s. • Responsible for adhering to Quality Management systems, 5S, IPMS & QDMS • Knowledge of Fixture Operation & Maintenance • Identify Bottlenecks in Process & reduce Cycle Time. • Identify scope for continual improvemet in JH & 5S along with maintaining safety at work. • Maintain OLE records and restore minor stoppages & breakdowns quickly by ICA/PCA to minimize recurrence • Shop Floor Management • Timely disposal of non confirming products & scrap Preferred Industries Manufacturing Education Qualification B.E Mechanical /Production General Experience 3-7 Years Critical Experience • Experience in Handling Production issues • Knowledge about TPM process • Basics of Pneumatics, plugging, wiring, part fitment , sealing and automotive vehicle systems. • Knowledge of quality system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 • Knowledge of cargo/chassis, automation setting of new auto body part, Torque Integrity, 1D&3D geometry, Poka-Yoke , CMM, Weld Integrity • Usage of QC tools and techniques like MYB approach & 7 QC tools • Vehicle parts knowledge System Generated Core Skills System Generated Secondary Skills
