Assistant Manager - Full Time

EUROSPAR Barnhall, Leixlip, Co. Kildare part of the Furey Smyth Group are recruiting a Full Time Assistant Manager. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. The Role: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store Supervise and support store staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a retail environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
