Job description

Role Objective To lead and integrate Link’s strategic and digital communications, ensuring consistent, impactful and well-coordinated stakeholder communications across the organisation. The role will provide strategic communications counsel on corporate strategy, business-critical issues, crisis and reputation management, investments and M&A, while overseeing the organisation’s digital communications strategy and corporate digital channels. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Strategic Communications Lead will strengthen corporate messaging, executive communications and digital engagement, while leveraging stakeholder and digital intelligence to proactively identify emerging issues and support effective business and reputation management. Job Duties Strategic Communications Co-ordinate between Media, Public Affairs, IR and Digital teams, as well as other departments within Link, on issues and crisis management, assessing stakeholder sentiment and potential reputational impact, and advising business units on response strategies and stakeholder communications. Co-ordinate between internal departments on stakeholder communications with respect to investments, divestments and M&A. Lead on key messages with respect to corporate strategy as well as annual/interim results, including key content items such as Chair’s Statement and CEO Statement. Lead on Executive Communications planning for CEO. Digital Communications Oversee Link’s corporate digital communications strategy, including social media, content planning and channel governance, to amplify key corporate messages Drive integrated digital campaigns and storytelling initiatives to increase online visibility and impact of Link's corporate, sustainability and community programmes. Oversee corporate digital touchpoints (internal and external websites and social media), ensuring robust content governance, editorial standards, brand consistency and effective day-to-day operations. Provide social listening, sentiment analysis and digital intelligence to identify emerging issues, reputational risks and operational insights. Translate intelligence into actionable recommendations that support proactive issue management, property operations and customer experience enhancement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or other related disciplines Minimum 15 years of corporate communications experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record in strategic communications, issues management, and team leadership Experience interfacing with and advising C-Suite on critical issues Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution Open to individual from different industries, consultancy or in-house background who could bring new perspectives Strong command of both written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese).
