Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact As an Electrical Engineer in our Unmanned Maritime Systems Division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and testing electrical components and systems integral to the performance and reliability of unmanned maritime platforms. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced solutions that enhance operational capabilities and safety. Be Part of Our Success Design, develop, and integrate electrical systems and components for unmanned maritime vessels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Conduct detailed circuit design and simulation, as well as prototype testing and validation to optimise system performance. Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and test reports. Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve electrical issues encountered during development, testing, and deployment phases. Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying innovative solutions and best engineering practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ST Engineering quality standards throughout all engineering activities. Qualities We Value Knowledge of Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is required. Experience in electrical system design, preferably within maritime, aerospace, or Defence industries. Proficiency with electrical design software and simulation tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with diverse teams. Knowledge of unmanned systems or robotics is an advantage. and effectively are essential.
