Assistant Relationship Manager - Business Credit (WBG)

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused UAE Nationals to join our Wholesale Banking team as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) – Corporate Banking. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to corporate banking, client relationship management, and business operations while supporting some of the Bank's key corporate clients. What You Will Do: Support the Corporate Banking Coverage team with day-to-day client servicing and operational activities. Assist with corporate account opening, profile maintenance, transfers, fixed deposit placements, and other client requests. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries and ensuring timely resolution of requests. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client transactions. Support relationship managers in managing customer portfolios and maintaining accurate client records. Promote digital banking solutions and support clients in adopting online banking services. Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and portfolio-related information. Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For: UAE National (Family Book required). Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Interest in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, and Financial Services. Previous banking, customer service, or client-facing experience would be advantageous. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals as part of Rakbank's commitment to Emiratisation.
