Key Responsibilities: Follow up the QCO plan and schedule changeover activities according to production requirements Coordinate with the Development Team to identify and resolve pattern and sewing-method issues before starting bulk production. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams during changeovers. Follow up on the planned efficiency (EFF) target and take necessary actions to achieve the required performance (QCO). Ability to identify and solve technical and production-related issues during bulk production. Knowledge and Skills: Diploma/ Degree in textile and apparel is preferred. Experience of 2-3 years as a sewing technician. Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing methods, and machine operations. Knowledge of pattern construction and garment specifications. Ability to monitor and follow up QCO plans and changeover targets. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Good knowledge of machine settings, attachments, and special sewing equipment. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
