Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative Associate Brand Manager with 3-5 years of experience working with D2C first lifestyle, apparel, or home improvement/decor brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing brand activities across social media, digital creatives, photoshoots, and influencer marketing. You will play a key role in supporting the brand’s growth and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: • Social Media Management: Plan and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand visibility and engagement. • Digital Creatives: Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching digital content, including social media posts, banners, email campaigns, and advertisements that align with brand guidelines. • Photoshoot Coordination: Organize and manage brand photoshoots, working closely with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure high-quality content for campaigns. • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the brand across various channels, negotiating partnerships and ensuring successful collaborations. • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing and branding efforts are consistent with the overall brand strategy, voice, and visual identity. • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, tracking performance and making necessary adjustments to improve reach and engagement. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing brand strategy. • Reporting: Track and analyze key brand metrics such as social media engagement, influencer performance, and campaign results, reporting to senior management. Qualifications: • Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with eCommerce-first brands, with a strong focus on social media and brand management. • Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, understanding of digital marketing best practices, and amazing aesthetics (a plus). • Creativity: A strong creative mindset with an eye for detail, capable of translating brand objectives into engaging content. • Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with internal teams and external partners (such as influencers). • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of execution. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
