Positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution, your expertise will drive leadership development and talent initiatives that empower our rapidly growing organization post-acquisition. With over 700 employees and counting, you’ll lead transformative programs that foster collaboration across R&D and manufacturing while anchoring our corporate values in a dynamic cross-border matrix structure with German headquarters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact BioNTech’s mission by developing the leaders and capabilities that fuel innovation.
