Work Flexibility: Onsite KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责: Assist manufacturing manager on the department organization design. 协助生产经理完成部门组织设计和实施。 Optimize operator’s monthly bonus program to motivate employee daily right behaviors. 优化员工的月度奖金机制来激励员工正确的行为。 Assist manufacturing manager on the department/ company level CI projects/tasks/activities. 协助生产经理完成部门或公司层面的CI项目/任务/活动。 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责: Driving manufacturing daily management into systematization and digitalization. Such as tool life、OEE, etc. 推动生产部日常管理工作的系统化、数字化。 Lead operator’s daily SMED team and keep higher quality and shorten lead time。 组建/领导换型团队，推动员工换型的高质量和短周期。 REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能： Excellent interpersonal communication and supervisory skills. 卓越的人际沟通及管理技巧。 Familiar with analytical tools, such as FMEA, process control plan and SPC. 熟悉分析工具，例如FMEA，制程管控及SPC。 Good PC skills 计算机熟练。 Effective organizational skills. 高效的组织管理技巧。 RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 经验要求： 8+ years related manufacturing or technical experience preferred. 8年以上流类相关生产管理或技术经验优先。 Supervisory experience preferred. 有管理经验优先。 Experience in developing and working with small group problem solving teams preferred. 有小型问题解决型团队经验优先。 EDUCATION 教育背景： B. S. in Engineering (preferred) 本科（工程类优先） · B.B.A. or B.S. in related curriculum. 相关专业的工商管理学士或理学士 Travel Percentage: None
