Job Title: Associate, Production Planning Job Code: 46127 Job Location: Alpharetta GA Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off Job Description: Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors products through the complete production cycle to meet production requirements. Works from build plans and production specifications to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Advises management of the status of work in progress, coordinates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain and interfaces with engineering and program management as well as external customers. Ensures availability of materials and labor to meet production requirements and delivery commitments. Works to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Essential Functions: Manufacturing coordination of production process Multi-tasking Schedule planning and monitoring Interdepartmental interfacing Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office suite Excellent PC knowledge
