Job Profile Summary Join our global Trade & Commodity franchise (TCF) and help clients navigate an increasingly complex and evolving commodity landscape. Leveraging our deep sector expertise, global network, and sustainable finance expertise, you will play a key role in supporting client’s growth journey. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to originate and grow the TCF APAC portfolio. Resourceful, resilient and proactive, this person embraces challenges, takes ownership and collaborates effectively across teams and geographies to deliver meaningful results. Job Responsibilities: Origination of new clients and management of existing TCF clients in Asia Pacific. Structure and execute transactions by collaborating closely with key stakeholders i.e., clients, product, risk, legal, compliance, operations among others. Work closely with the Transaction Management Office (TMO) and operations partners to ensure robust execution of flow trade transactions. Support the growth of ING’s wallet share of auxiliary businesses (including Financial Markets, Transaction Services, Capital Markets & Advisory) and our trade digitalization ambitions. Implement ING’s business strategies and policies for TCF and Asia Pacific to achieve financial and business objectives while ensuring strong adherence to prudent risk management and in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements. What we're looking for: 3-5 years prior experience in the financial services, preferably in the commodity sector, trade finance or related sectors. Commercial minded and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions. Ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally. Strong ownership, accountability, and execution excellence. Collaborative team player with a global mindset and high integrity. Good analytical skill with clear thought process. Resourceful and resilient in dealing with challenging situations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
