Assistant Night Manager AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast | Pre-Opening Team At AC Hotel Gold Coast, we believe great hospitality should feel effortless, considered and precise . As Assistant Night Manager , you’ll help create a seamless overnight guest experience while supporting the Front Office team and ensuring the hotel operates smoothly, safely and confidently throughout the night. You’ll be a calm and trusted presence for both guests and our Family Members — balancing operational responsibility with thoughtful service and attention to detail. What You’ll Do Lead and support overnight Front Office operations Ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, billing and payment processes Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care Complete night audit, cashiering, reports and end-of-shift procedures accurately Support the team with coaching, training and day-to-day guidance Maintain strong communication with Security, Finance and operational departments Ensure Marriott policies, safety standards and quality expectations are consistently followed Create a welcoming, polished and effortless guest experience throughout the night What We’re Looking For You’ll bring: Previous Front Office or hotel supervisory experience Strong confidence with guest recovery and problem solving Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A calm, composed approach when making decisions Strong communication and leadership skills Confidence working independently during overnight operations Experience with hotel systems and cashiering processes Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays Most importantly, you’ll have a global mindset, natural curiosity and a passion for details .
