Assurance Client & Business Analyst | Lisboa

As an Assurance Client & Business Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Assurance Partners and teams, providing high-quality business and client support across commercial opportunities, proposals, client interactions and business development activities. This role combines strong organizational and communication capabilities with a digital and innovative mindset. You will contribute to the preparation of high-quality client materials, presentations and proposals, while leveraging AI and Microsoft 365 tools to enhance productivity, efficiency and the overall quality of our deliverables. You will act as an enabler to our Assurance professionals, helping them dedicate more time to building client relationships, developing business opportunities and delivering value to our clients. Your key responsibilities • Support Assurance Partners and teams in the preparation and coordination of commercial proposals, RFPs and other client-facing materials; • Develop, structure and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency and strong visual impact; • Support the creation of written and visual content for proposals, client meetings and business development initiatives; • Leverage AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved solutions, to support research, summarize information, develop content and improve the efficiency and quality of deliverables; • Coordinate client meetings, presentations and events, ensuring effective preparation and follow-up; • Support the maintenance and quality of information relating to commercial opportunities, pipeline and client contacts; • Assist Partners and teams in the operational follow-up of business opportunities, ensuring appropriate coordination and timely execution of agreed actions; • Liaise with clients on operational matters, including scheduling, information gathering and follow-up; • Support market and client initiatives in coordination with relevant internal teams, including Clients & Industries (C&I); • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline ways of working, using technology, AI and Microsoft 365 tools. Skills and attributes for success • Strong client-service mindset and ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English; • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work; • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment; • Proactive and autonomous approach, combined with a collaborative mindset; • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to translate information into clear, compelling and visually effective presentations; • Good knowledge of Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 environment; • Interest in and practical understanding of AI-enabled productivity tools; • Ability to build effective working relationships with Partners, senior executives, internal teams and clients. Ideally, you’ll also have • A degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field; • Around three years of professional experience in business support, sales support, business development, marketing, proposal management or executive support; • Experience developing client-facing presentations, proposals or other commercial materials; • Knowledge of CRM systems and/or commercial pipeline management; • Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or similar platforms; • Curiosity for new technologies and a strong interest in how AI can improve productivity and quality of work.
