Automotive Technician (m/f/d) Vehicle Integration & Geometric Analysis

For vehicle development and validation projects, we are looking for experienced automotive technicians with a strong understanding of vehicle integration, assembly processes and geometric analysis. What to expect: Assembly and disassembly of vehicle components on new hardware configurations Comparison of physical vehicle builds with digital mock-ups (DMU) and CAD-based vehicle models Identification and documentation of collisions, packaging conflicts and assembly constraints Development and presentation of technical improvement proposals for components and installation concepts Preparation, participation and documentation of cross-functional review meetings with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams Creation of inspection reports, analysis results and technical documentation, including photo documentation where required Support in change management and release activities throughout the development process What you bring: Technical vocational training or a comparable qualification within the automotive field Several years of experience in the assembly, disassembly and analysis of vehicle components Experience working with digital mock-ups (DMU) and CAD-based vehicle analyses are an advantage Knowledge of vehicle packaging, geometric assessments and technical problem-solving Ability to evaluate technical issues and derive practical improvement recommendations Structured approach to work with strong documentation and communication skills German or English language skills at a minimum level of B2 Czech language skills are an advantage Category B driving licence is desirable Willingness to work regularly on-site in Mladá Boleslav At Bertrandt, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunity.
