AVP, Third Party Risk Manager, Operations Management Office

Responsibilities Be part of a regional team in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party risk management (TPRM) i.e. onboarding, ongoing monitoring and termination. Collaborate closely with the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to strengthen and enhance the TPRM framework and processes. Review and enhance TPRM policies and procedures to ensure their continued effectiveness, alignment with the TPRM framework, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Provide guidance & support to contract owner on TPRM process. Administer record keeping and documentation of third party. Prepare MIS and KRIs relating to TPRM. Work closely with stakeholders from TPRM 3 lines of defense in the region to effectively coordinate and execute TPRM controls. Support and contribute to the successful delivery of TPRM-related projects and strategic initiatives. Support internal and external audits related to TPRM. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 7 years working experience in banking or financial services, during which at least 5 years were in the capacity of Third-Party Risk Management and/or Technology Risk Management. Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge and practical experience across multiple risk domains, particularly technology risk, cybersecurity risk, and operational resilience. Experience of managing risk and control assessment. Experience of managing TPRM related projects and initiatives. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working experience in a regional role would be advantageous. Certification such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CISSP, CRISC, CRCM would be advantageous.
