Baker - Full Time PAK’nSAVE Rolleston | Early Starts | One Weekend Shift Included We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our busy Bakery team at PAK’nSAVE Rolleston. Working in our modern supermarket bakery, you’ll be responsible for producing a range of fresh, high-quality bakery products for our customers. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, has a strong eye for quality and consistency, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, hands-on team. This is a full-time position with early morning starts and one weekend shift included. Specific days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant. What the role involves: Producing a wide range of fresh bakery products to a high and consistent standard Mixing, preparing, shaping, baking and finishing products Ensuring products meet our expectations for quality, freshness and presentation Following production plans and working efficiently to meet daily requirements Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness Monitoring product quality throughout the baking process Helping ensure the Bakery is organised, well stocked and ready to meet customer demand Working collaboratively with the wider Bakery team to get the job done What we’re looking for: NZQA Bakery qualification is required Previous experience working as a Baker in a busy bakery environment Supermarket bakery experience would be an advantage A genuine passion for baking and producing fresh, quality products Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality and presentation of your work Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A positive, reliable and hands-on attitude Physically fit and comfortable with the physical demands of the role Comfortable with early morning starts Able to work independently while also being a strong team player Availability to work one weekend shift Why join us?
