Sitting alongside mimi’s, will’s is the perfect destination for a post meal cocktail while you take in the view. We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant bars. You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point. We are searching for a true bar enthusiast, someone who has strong and passionate cocktail and spirit knowledge.
