Must be able to properly transfer batch slurry and have knowledge of valve location and piping of at least one program. Must be able to maintain inventories of batch, process waters, water treatments and all pertinent records in each workstation and in the database, in at least one program.Must perform specialized testing for Kraft moisture, slurry consistencies, process water pH and turbidity and wash down water chemical requirements.Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with co-workers, direct supervisors, and production supervisors.Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from aboveUnderstand and live by Armtec’s ethics and business conduct policiesQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be flexible and reliable to work any shift, schedule on short notice, including overtime and work shut down periods.  Must possess problem solving/trouble shooting capabilities with minimal guidance.Must be capable of working independently or in teams with minimal supervision.Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively.Must understand and follow MSPI’s, MSDS overview and have training in confined space entry, and have basic knowledge of ISO-9001:2000, basic computer training and other specialized training.
