About the Company For an International Flavour House with a subsidiary in the Benelux. Location: Home office based Benelux About the Role We are looking for the Sales Manager Beverage Flavours m/f/d. This role involves managing strategic accounts, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to customers and meet revenue targets. Tasks Develop and implement regional/global sales strategies for target markets. Manage and grow key customer accounts in the Flavor industry. Identify new business opportunities and drive project development. Analyze sales performance data and adjust plans to achieve KPIs. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; MBA – an advantage. Required Skills Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or Food Ingredients. Experience with beverages would be an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen. Ability to travel internationally as required. Fluent in French and English; other languages – a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with beverages would be an advantage. Please apply in English.
