Location: Castle Rock, CO Practice Type: On-site ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families. - Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans. - Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions. - Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows. - Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards. - Build and grow your practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
