provide training and guidance as neededSupervise BTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB supervision standardsModel implementation of treatment for BCaBAs and RBTsProvide exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conductEvaluate staff performance and deliver timely, constructive written and verbal feedbackPerform 1:1 and group meetings with staff to keep them informed and goal-orientedLead, supervise, and mentor the clinical team of Behavior TechniciansReview all session notes and data taken by BTs to monitor client progress and BT proficiency Caseload & Client ManagementMaintain a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients based on the mix of full-time and part-time clientsUpdate and maintain appropriate programming for all clients on caseloadProvide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment planReview clinical documentation and data collection;
