Branch Manager

Sleep Comfort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Jbeil showroom and drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the branch. Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team. Achieve branch sales targets and maximize profitability. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory, showroom presentation, and product availability. Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management. Implement company policies and procedures effectively. Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture, mattresses, or home furnishing industry . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities. Training Period: The selected candidate will be required to complete a one-month training program at our main branch in Karantina to gain in-depth knowledge of our products, systems, and operational procedures before assuming full responsibility for the Jbeil branch.
