Branch Sales Officer (UAEN Only ) - Dubai

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support business stakeholders through data-driven insights, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics. Analyze business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Create and automate reports using SQL, SAS, and Power BI. Design KPI dashboards covering sales, profitability, customer behavior, and product performance. Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy through effective validation and controls. Support reporting governance, compliance, and audit requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. 2-4 years of banking experience in MIS, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting. Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Retail banking knowledge is preferred.
