Learn more: jti.com Location: Valenzuela Function: Market Supply Chain / Branch Warehouse Branch Warehouse Lead What This Role Is About The Branch Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch warehouse, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of inventory records at all times. The role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality by consistently applying company standards, processes, controls, and policies across warehouse operations. In addition, the position is accountable for ensuring the quality of all finished goods and promptly reporting any product quality issues or concerns to management for appropriate action. What Will You Do? Branch Operations Oversee the overall branch warehouse operation. Ensure the company’s operational standards and controls are implemented. Ensure compliance with good warehousing practices. Inventory Record Accuracy Ensure 100% inventory record accuracy through seamless recording and monitoring of transactions in both SAP and the subsystem. Perform cycle counts and participate in van inventory route settlement. Product Quality Sustainability Ensure compliance with the First to Expire, First Out policy. Report slow-moving SKUs that require rotation or sales program support to avoid expiration. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management Program, including Beetle Count Index, Temperature-RH monitoring, and quarterly General Pest Control activities. Asset Management Ensure compliance with asset maintenance management to prolong asset usability. Report the condition of damaged assets and assets for disposal. Environment, Health, and Safety Management Serve as the Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer of the branch or DSO. Ensure the branch’s compliance with safety regulations and standards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. Conduct branch-level risk assessments, regular safety inspections, and audits. Manage emergency preparedness efforts and facilitate safety training for employees. Implement and monitor safety programs that prevent workplace accidents, injuries, and health hazards. Participate in incident investigations and monitor corrective actions. Ensure the branch’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, and RA 9275. Perform Pollution Control Officer duties outlined in DENR AO 2014-02, including applying for and renewing environmental permits, maintaining environmental records, submitting mandatory reports, and monitoring activities that affect the environment. People Management, If Applicable Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of team members reporting directly and indirectly to the role. Lead, motivate, and guide the personal development of employees reporting directly to the position. Other Responsibilities Manage various tasks and projects as they arise or upon the manager’s request. Who We Are Looking For Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent field. Minimum of three years of warehousing experience in a sales and distribution environment within the FMCG industry. Able to speak and write English well. Computer literate. SAP knowledge is advantageous. Inventory Management Basic understanding of inventory management. SAP Knowledge Knowledge of SAP, particularly STO and MIGO processing. People Management Demonstrates people management skills. Communication Skills Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills. Analytical Skills Demonstrates analytical and logical skills.
