Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to own and elevate the Material Depot brand across all touchpoints. In this role, you will shape how our brand is perceived by consumers, driving brand love, recall, and consistency as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
● Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring a consistent identity across all online and offline channels
● Social Media Growth: Own and scale the brand's social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Plan and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that reflects the brand's voice and visual identity.
● Influencer Marketing: Build and scale influencer collaborations, measuring impact on brand awareness and engagement.
● Creative Campaigns: Conceptualise and execute integrated creative campaigns around product launches, store openings, festivals and key occasions — taking ideas from brief to execution with a strong narrative and visual point of view.
● Creative & Brand Communication:: Lead all brand communication and creative outputs across paid ads, social media, offline events, and the website — maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and a cohesive visual language at every touchpoint.
● Brand Awareness: Drive brand awareness and equity through ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives.
● Brand Intelligence: Track and analyse brand health metrics, consumer sentiment, social performance, and the competitive landscape. Translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of brand management experience, preferably in consumer goods, home decor, retail, or e-commerce.
● Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and consumer insight.
● Strong aesthetic sensibility and an eye for design.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
● Comfortable working with data
● Strong ownership and accountability with a knack for hands-on execution
