Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Brand Manager based in Singapore, allowing partial work-from-home flexibility. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning. Key responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth. The role also involves monitoring brand performance and providing insights to refine strategy and execution. Qualifications Branding and Marketing: Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution. Creative Thinking and Planning: Strong skills in creativity, content development, and strategic thinking to enhance brand identity and engagement. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing consumer and market data to assess performance and support decision-making. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Project and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred: Experience within the career development or education industry, and knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
