Breakfast Attendant - Springhill Suites Memphis

Pay: $14.25 per hour Schedule: Part-Time | 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM Weekend Availability Required Join Our Team! SpringHill Suites Memphis Downtown is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team! If you enjoy providing excellent guest service, take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and love helping guests start their day on a positive note, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Prepare, set up, and maintain the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet according to brand standards. Ensure all breakfast items are fresh, properly stocked, and attractively presented throughout service. Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive customer service. Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, equipment, and serving stations. Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed. Break down and clean the breakfast area following service, including washing dishes and preparing for the next day. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Assist with other duties as assigned to support hotel operations. Qualifications Previous food and beverage experience is required , preferably in a hotel, restaurant, café, or similar hospitality environment. Must be available to work weekends , as scheduled. Must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently report to work by 5:30 AM. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with food service. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. Schedule & Compensation Position: Part-Time Hours: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM Pay Rate: $14.25 per hour Availability: Weekend availability is mandatory; weekday shifts may also be scheduled based on business needs.
