Adding to our success & growth, we are actively seeking to hire Full-Time Electrical Sales Manager for our store in Brown Thomas Cork. You will be working as the Manager of our Electrical Dept located in the Brown Thomas Department store in Cork City. KNOW THE ROLERespond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and marginOffer alternative products, promote cross-brand salesUnderstand customer’s expectations and needsMonitor customer orders and deliveriesDelivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customerReplenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well merchandisedAbility to use own initiative and work as part of a management team in a fast-paced environmentAn interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technologyAdhere to Company policies and proceduresAny other duties as reasonably requested by ManagementPlease note that the above list is not intended to capture every detail of the role but the main areas of responsibility.
