What you'll do Rotate through Sales, Logistics, Facilities Management and Head Office teams to build comprehensive business knowledge Develop expertise in regional maintenance operations, using problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness to deliver effective maintenance solutions. Assist in obtaining cost estimates, run and participate in contract tenders and negotiations and track Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service schedules. Gain hands-on experience in M&E compliance, building services and energy sustainability, supporting safety audits, energy initiatives and market-leading technologies across our stores and distribution centres.
